An organization of private citizens who are working to keep the Bay waterways and adjacent land areas suitable as a recreational and living environment. GBCPA is dedicated to the principles that 1) hard work and vigilance are necessary to protect the environment; 2) everyone, both in his/her business and private life, should feel responsibility for the environment in which he/she lives and works; and 3) the public sector must be made accountable by the independent sector.
