Green Jobs Alliance is the nation's first nonprofit partnership exclusively established to implement the Green Jobs Act of 2007. An organization comprised of Labor and management, environmental groups and veterans' organizations, community colleges and workforce investment boards, local governments and community-based organizations, GJA is involved in providing energy efficiency and renewable energy industry green (and blue) jobs education, training and jobs placement. Priorities include Offshore Wind energy development, weatherization, and Home Performance for Energy Star programs.
