Maida is interested in collaborations with scientists, artists, technologists and organizations concerned and active on behalf of Planet Earth. Maida, Founder and Artistic Director of Maida Withers Dance Construction Company of Washington, DC and a Professor in the Department of Theater and Dance at the George Washington University., has been an activist through projects for Planet Earth since the early 1980s. She is an excellent spokesperson through her choreography, performance, and lectures.
