Works at facilitating the creation of an improved framework for managing natural resources in the New York-New Jersey Harbor Bight. By working with a diverse range of partners, CMRC studies coastal management and science activities in the Harbor Bight and works to establish a dialogue with the government agencies, non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and foundations that are currently involved with coastal marine conservation activities in our region.
