The Watchperson Project, Inc. is a community-based organization providing environmental advocacy, legal and technical assistance to the communities of Greenpoint/Williamsburg. It was established by consent decree between the City of New York and New York State for the specific purpose of producing freely available information to the community concerning endemic toxic conditions.
